Florence Villedey<\/h2>\n
\n

Managing director.<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\nFlorence is a graduate of IPAG and has spent most of her career in education, working as an academic or programme director for major education groups such as Ace Education, Ynov and Demos. She has also shared her expertise at ESSEC for nearly twenty years, teaching marketing and strategy.\r\nAfrica has also played a significant role in her career, including a youth humanitarian mission in Burkina Faso, several years in Ghana (2014-2019) and developing IPAG’s presence in C\u00f4te d’Ivoire.
This wealth of experience, combining academic expertise, training management and international engagement, will be a valuable asset for Bioforce.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Nicolas Roux<\/h2>\n
\n

Director of the EUREX Hub<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\nNicolas was originally trained as an engineer at Centrale M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, before switching to language teaching. He has worked in both public and private education sectors for seventeen years in France and Mexico, where he lived for two years. During his four years at Cours Galien as Head of Teaching, Innovation and Quality, he collaborated closely with the sales and marketing teams and learnt a great deal from them. He further developed his expertise at Comp\u00e9tences et D\u00e9veloppement, where he implemented a new digital teaching model for 14 schools in the network alongside his team, and led numerous projects to develop online courses. In 2026, Nicolas joined Bioforce to head the Bioforce Europe Training Centre in Lyon, France. In this role, he leads the teams and implements the centre\u2019s strategy, ensuring the quality of the training programmes and the development of new capacity-building programmes.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Donald Codjia<\/h2>\n
\n

Director of the Africa Hub<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\nDonald Codjia, a Beninese national with an MBA in Financial Engineering obtained in Senegal, has over twelve years\u2019 experience in financial management, human resources and support functions within international humanitarian organisations.\r\nHis commitment to humanitarian action began during an internship with Action Against Hunger, while taking part in a cash distribution programme in northern Senegal. Experiencing the realities on the ground and seeing the tangible impact of humanitarian assistance inspired a vocation that continues to shape his career today.\r\nDonald went on to take on increasing responsibilities at Action Against Hunger and M\u00e9decins du Monde before joining Bioforce in 2020 as Head of Support Functions.\r\n\r\nAs Director of the Africa Hub, he continues this commitment by contributing to the development of Bioforce\u2019s activities, strengthening operational effectiveness and supporting humanitarian and development actors across Africa in building their skills.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n Teaching team<\/a>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Jade Said<\/h2>\n
\n

Director of the Bioforce MENA M\u00e9rieux Jameel Hub<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\nJade has over 20 years\u2019 experience in training, initially in the non-profit sector and later in international development and advisory work with government institutions, including at the Arab NGO Network for Development.\r\nHis first humanitarian experience as a volunteer in 2006 gradually developed into a true vocation. Since then, he has designed, developed and facilitated training projects in Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey and Yemen, as well as in other conflict-affected countries, notably with the Humanitarian Leadership Academy.\r\n\r\nHaving studied economics and law, and with experience in advocating for economic and social rights and developing the leadership skills of senior civil servants from different countries, Jade is now returning to training for humanitarian professions with a strong conviction: \u201cThe passion and commitment of learners are unparalleled, and training can change people\u2019s lives in even the most difficult circumstances.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Marianne Le Floch<\/h2>\n

Head of finance and administration.<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\nA graduate of Tours Business School, Marianne worked with the industry sector as Cost Controller and International Treasurer for 8 years. She then engaged in the field with UK NGOs, Cord UK and Save the Children, in Tanzania, Chad and Mozambique as Head of Programme Support (HR, Finance and Logistics). Back in Europe, she joined the Brussels office of the Danish NGO Mission East, as Head of Finance and then Director of Finance and Human Resources.\r\n
In Bioforce since 2018, Marianne supports the managing direction in its strategic decisions, ensuring the development and management of the administrative and financial policy of the institute.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\r\nKarine is a graduate of IGS and a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in a variety of environments, ranging from SMEs to international groups. She specialises in overseeing the entire HR function, employee relations, and managerial support.\r\nKarine joined Bioforce in July 2025 as Director of Human Resources.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Audrey Rochette<\/h2>\n

\r\nAudrey holds a Master\u2019s degree in Management of the health and social sector (University of Limoges) and a Master\u2019s degree in Crisis Analysis and Humanitarian Action from the University of Savoie. For two years, she was the general delegate in India for a child sponsorship association. She then joined the head office of the child protection association ECPAT France (End Child Prostitution and Trafficking) for 11 years as head of the Africa programmes, in charge of the technical, administrative and financial management of projects.
