Florence Villedey<\/h2>\n
\n

Managing director.<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\nFlorence is a graduate of IPAG and has spent most of her career in education, working as an academic or programme director for major education groups such as Ace Education, Ynov and Demos. She has also shared her expertise at ESSEC for nearly twenty years, teaching marketing and strategy.\r\nAfrica has also played a significant role in her career, including a youth humanitarian mission in Burkina Faso, several years in Ghana (2014-2019) and developing IPAG’s presence in C\u00f4te d’Ivoire.
This wealth of experience, combining academic expertise, training management and international engagement, will be a valuable asset for Bioforce.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Yann Dutertre<\/h2>\n
\n

Head of Bioforce Regional Training Centre for Africa.<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\nA Bioforce alumni and a graduate in Local Development from the French International Local Development Research Centre, Bertrand has 10 years\u2019 professional experience in the humanitarian field. He worked with the NGO Handicap International as a logistics expert, administrator, project coordinator and programme director, at the head office and in the field.\r\nAt Bioforce, Bertrand oversees the Regional Training Centre for Europe\u2019s training coherence and quality issues, implementation and development of all the training courses, certifications and accreditation of prior learning, and manages the Centre\u2019s team (training programme coordinators and administrative officers).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n Teaching team<\/a>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Marie Perroudon<\/h2>\n

Head of communications and fundraising.<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\nA graduate of the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilisations, in Georgian and Hebrew, Marie spent a year in Georgia where she worked with various NGOs. With a Master’s in Information and Communications in hand, along with experience working for a number of NGOs, she joined Bioforce in 1999 to implement our events. before becoming Head of Communications and Fundraising.

Marianne Le Floch<\/h2>\n
\n

Head of finance and administration.<\/strong>\u00a0\r\n
\r\nA graduate of Tours Business School, Marianne worked with the industry sector as Cost Controller and International Treasurer for 8 years. She then engaged in the field with UK NGOs, Cord UK and Save the Children, in Tanzania, Chad and Mozambique as Head of Programme Support (HR, Finance and Logistics). Back in Europe, she joined the Brussels office of the Danish NGO Mission East, as Head of Finance and then Director of Finance and Human Resources.\r\n
In Bioforce since 2018, Marianne supports the managing direction in its strategic decisions, ensuring the development and management of the administrative and financial policy of the institute.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Karine Klein<\/h2>\n

\r\nKarine is a graduate of IGS and a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in a variety of environments, ranging from SMEs to international groups. She specialises in overseeing the entire HR function, employee relations, and managerial support.\r\nKarine joined Bioforce in July 2025 as Director of Human Resources.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Audrey Rochette<\/h2>\n

Head of Development and Partnership<\/strong>\r\n
\r\nAudrey holds a Master\u2019s degree in Management of the health and social sector (University of Limoges) and a Master\u2019s degree in Crisis Analysis and Humanitarian Action from the University of Savoie. For two years, she was the general delegate in India for a child sponsorship association. She then joined the head office of the child protection association ECPAT France (End Child Prostitution and Trafficking) for 11 years as head of the Africa programmes, in charge of the technical, administrative and financial management of projects.
