She started out as a teacher-researcher in French literature at university, then became director of learning and training for the ENGIE Group, before joining Bioforce.<\/p>\n<p>Making humanitarian training increasingly accessible remains the ambition of Bioforce and its new director: &#8220;<em>I strongly believe in the need for learning in all environments, in all contexts, for all audiences, and this is of course particularly true for humanitarian aid: do everything possible to ensure that people are fully qualified before they leave on assignment.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In order to train even more people in the field, the Bioforce team will continue to develop operations in crisis-affected zones (14 countries covered in 2022) and will increase the digitalisation and modularity of its training courses: &#8220;<em>Bioforce is a benchmark organisation for training and developing the skills of those involved in humanitarian work. Bioforce&#8217;s singular nature is remarkable, its mission is rare, and I will put all my energy into enabling it to continue this mission.
