Florian Larguier

Logistics
After graduating from Bioforce in 1990, Florian worked as a mechanic for a development association before joining Médecins Sans Frontières on humanitarian emergency missions. Epidemics, wars, natural disasters: Florian supports project activities in hospital management, cold chain, nutrition, fleet management and water and sanitation. He has worked as a logistics manager for 30 years, mainly in Africa. Florian has run a number of training courses for Médecins Sans Frontières and chose Bioforce as an external trainer in 2012, before becoming a technical and pedagogical logistics consultant ten years later. In this role, he now ensures the quality of the logistics training modules and helps to strengthen Bioforce’s offer of advice and expertise to players in the solidarity sector.

Sébastien Soulier

Water, hygiene and sanitation
A hydrogeologist by training, Sébastien worked in the field with MSF between 2005 and 2011, first as a logistician and then as a WASH programme coordinator in Africa, Asia and Latin America. He then joined the Geneva headquarters of MSF Switzerland as an environmental officer before becoming an EHA consultant and trainer in 2014, specialising in epidemic control. He has worked for Bioforce on several occasions, both in the development of training content (Stop Covid self-training, Master Wash in Amman) and as a trainer in our professional and tailor-made training courses. His current role at Bioforce is to ensure the quality of EHA training content and to help strengthen Bioforce’s consultancy and expertise offering to actors in the solidarity sector.
