Learning objectives: Strengthen participants’ ability to build and navigate strategic equitable partnerships & design sustainable fundraising strategies and skills that enhance transparency and accountability. Audience: Executive Directors (Local NGOs), Program/Project Coordinators, MEAL, partnership and fundraising officers, finance managers ( Local NGOs).
Inclusive Community Engagement
Monday-Wednesday 9.00-16.00
Learning Objectives: Equip participants with the knowledge and tools to foster inclusive community engagement in humanitarian action by ensuring inclusivity, accountability, and stronger locally led responses. Audience: Frontline workers, social workers, project coordinators, and technical officers.
Artificial Intelligence in Humanitarian Work

Learning Objectives: Equip participants with AI skills and knowledge to enable them to use AI effectively and ethically within humanitarian organizations. Audience: Project Managers, Project Coordinators and technical support function

This TED Talk will highlight how young people and CSOs are shaping solutions, fostering dialogue, and contributing to more inclusive and sustainable community responses.
THURSDAY ROUND TABLE: MOBILISING AND SHARING LOCAL RESOURCES FOR GREATER IMPACT
In Lebanon’s context of declining international aid and growing needs, mobilizing and sharing local resources is vital. This round table will explore practical ways for stakeholders to leverage local assets, foster partnerships and locally led response.
What Is the Learning Week in Beirut 2025?
Bioforce, a leading humanitarian training organisation, in partnership with Université Saint-Joseph, is launching its first Learning Week in Lebanon—a unique event to boost the skills of local and international aid workers. Following successful editions in France, Senegal and Ukraine, the Campus Éphémère is coming to Beirut with a rich and immersive programme:
- ✅ Three simultaneous intensive training courses
- ✅ An opening conference exploring Lebanon’s role in the regional ecosystem
- ✅ Side events, including TEDx talks
- ✅ A networking hub for organisations to connect, share insights and explore new partnerships
