By attending this open training course, you will master the methodological approaches and tools that will enable you to design, manage and evaluate a humanitarian project. And more specifically, you will know how to:
Week 1: Introduction to the project cycle: definitions, success factors in project management
Week 2: Needs assessment: definitions, stages and tools, including data collection and analysis
Week 3: Planning: definitions, tools, analysis of a strategy, logical framework approach
Week 4: Project monitoring and evaluation: monitoring (approach, objectives and tools) & evaluation (definitions, typology, and evaluation criteria)

Necessary material
Attending this e-learning course requires a reliable and high quality internet connection. It requires also a computer equipped with standard Microsoft Office tools (example: pack Office) and with the necessary material to carry out audio and video exchanges.
Step 1: Application
The deadline for applications is ten days before the start of a training course. Given the limited number of places for each course, it is preferable to apply as early as possible. If you are receiving support, it is recommended that you apply no later than 3 weeks before the start of the course.

Step 2: Pre-registration
If your application meets the necessary prerequisites, you will receive a pre-registration email. In order to finalize your pre-registration, you will be asked to pay the full amount of the training fees within a given deadline.
If you benefit from a partial or total coverage of the training (by an OPCA or by your employer), the financing agreement will have to stipulate the amount covered by the organization.
Step 3: Registration
Once the payment of the training fees or the financing agreement of your OPCA is received, you will receive a final registration email, accompanied by a convocation with all the practical details relating to the training.

Audrey holds a Master’s degree in Management of the health and social sector (University of Limoges) and a Master’s degree in Crisis Analysis and Humanitarian Action from the University of Savoie. For two years, she was the general delegate in India for a child sponsorship association. She then joined the head office of the child protection association ECPAT France (End Child Prostitution and Trafficking) for 11 years as head of the Africa programmes, in charge of the technical, administrative and financial management of projects. At Bioforce since 2021, she ensures the quality of our learning actions in Project Management.
